Hi,

I'm currently looking for potentially adopting IWRL1432 as main radar device for our 2-wheel application.

Did someone tested or has any experience on using MRR Beamsteering on this device?

According to the documentation this feature has currently beeing implemented into AWR1843 only, correct?

Hello.

There is no support for beamsteering on the 1432. Please refer to this E2E for further details. You are correct in it being implemented for the 1843, but it can be extended to the 6843.

Is there a supported feature list?

Is this the only device that supports low power modes? Given that our device will be battery powered it will be interesting having an insight on this.

I believe the device page on Ti.com highlights the major features, but it won't necessary include things like beamforming and/or beamsteering in that list. However, this is the only device who's design is optimized for low power; the x843 devices have some techniques via software that can optimize for power but it won't be to the level of that on the 6432/1432 devices.
