Hi Samhitha,

One question for AWR1843 Max I/F.

Per  Programming Chirp Parameters in TI Radar Devices (Rev. A). , it says "IFmax is dependent on the ADC sampling frequency (ADCsampling) used"

For Medium Range Radar Application, it defines ADC sampling rate  in "mrr_config_chirp_design_USRR30.h"

#define PROFILE_USRR_DIGOUT_SAMPLERATE_VAL   (12500U)

Since it is complex 1x sampling mode , Fs will be 11.25Msps,  

Fs = 12500ksps*0.9 = 11.25Msps

It exceeds AWR1843 Max I/F (10 MHz) defined in below table

(refer to AWR2943/AWR2944 Single-Chip 76 to 81GHz FMCW Radar Sensor(https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/awr2944.pdf) )

Does anything I misunderstand?

 For Medium Range Radar Application, 1st config is TX beamforming, 2nd is MIMO.

What's the difference between TX beamforming and MIMO?

Is TX beamforming equal to SIMO?
