Hi, I've requested and have been granted the NIST traceability documents. However on all browsers I've tried the "Downloads", and "Supported Products" tabs are empty.

I'm attaching a screenshot that should be safe to share as it does not display anything confidential.

Are the "General temp sensor NIST letter" and "NIST FAQ" the only available documents in this section?

Yes you are correct. The GeneralTempSensorNISTLetter.pdf contains the NIST traceability certification.

When purchasing the ICs, are certificates provided for each device/serial number?

How do we, as a customer, ensure each IC is certified ?

Hello Dawid,

All TMP117 units have a unique ID that is programmed in the general-purpose EEPROM locations during production. This unique ID is used to support NIST traceability. Taking this offline to understand your requirements and what TI can offer to you.
