IWRL6432BOOST: About the behavior when launching adcDataSPIFTDI.exe

Hi TI expert,

I have observed that adcDataSPIFTDI.exe behaves differently when launched on some PCs.

On one PC, adcDataSPIFTDI.exe opens(fig1), but on others it seems that adcDataSPIFTDI.exe calls WindowsTerminal.exe(fig2).

adcDataSPIFTDI.exe is the same thing.
Is this due to a difference in Windows version for example?

One PC was Win10(fig1 PC), the other Win11(fig2 PC).

Additional information:
In fig1, the message always appears immediately.
In fig2, it may take a few minutes for the message to appear.
If there is some setting that can make it always appear like fig1, could you please tell me how?

Dear Nafisi,

I'm sorry, but I created this new thread because I confirmed that when I double-click adcDataSPIFTDI.exe, the screen displayed differs depending on the PC.
This question is about the cause of this phenomenon, and I determine that the previous answer is not that of this question.

Is there a way to always display a screen like fig2 when double-clicking adcDataSPIFTDI.exe?
Does the difference in the screen displayed when double-clicking the same exe depend on the OS, or is there another reason?

If you are talking about the difference in display font, that is simply a Windows version difference with Windows 11. It is only visual differences, there should be no functional difference.

Since the two menu bars are different, I thought that different apps were launched.

When I checked the processes, one was
