Hello,

we are performing some test using a MMWCAS-RF-EVM board + our own MCU.

We have two questions about the CSI interface

From this post and this document, we understand that you use RAW8 when ADC is in 16bit mode. What is not clear is if there are two RAW8 sent per sample to get the 16bit data, or only one RAW8 per sample is sent and so we only have a 8 bit dynamic signal ?
In this document, there are several mentions of a sanity test to ensure the good working of the CSI interface. Would you have a configuration file example that executes this sanity check ?

2) We do not have any configuration files which does the sanity check as they are dependent on the user and how they configure.

Can you tell me from which document the diagram you posted is from ?

To make it crystal clear : I see on the diagram that each sample is 16bit in RAW8 mode. So is each sample a concatenation of two RAW8 (byte) like this ?

Yes your understanding is right as the RAW8 is 1 byte

Saswat, one last question, the diagram you posted is very close to the one found here (page 39) but has 16bit words instead of 12bit. Could you tell me from which document is your diagram extracted ? We just fear to have missed an important document.
