We are trying to use AWR2243BOOST with DCA1000EVM for data capture.
We made the connections and set up the environment as mentioned in the respective guide documents.
Issue #1: When we connect the DCA1000EVM USB cable to the PC, we see only two COM ports rather than 4 COM Ports.
We tried the recommended steps (ie, manually selecting the FTDI drivers) in the document, but even after multiple tries it is showing only 2 ports as shown.
Anyway, we tried the user guide steps further. We were able to reset, RS232 connect, and both firmware updates with this setup.
Issue #2: However when we tried SPI connect it failed and didn't connect.
For this we tried the troubleshooting option mentioned in the guide, ie erasing the flash using Uniflash.
Issue #3
While using Uniflash to erase AWR2243BOOST flash, we get the below error always.
We are not sure if all these issues are related or not, so mentioned everything here in the order we faced it.
We are stuck now and not able to use the AWR2243BOOST for the intended use.
