MMWAVE-STUDIO: Issue with FPGA Version Retrieval on DCA1000EVM in mmWave Studio

I am currently working on evaluating the radar system using the AWR2544LOPEVM and DCA1000EVM with mmWave Studio. While the connection between the AWR2544LOPEVM and the PC has been successfully established, I am experiencing an issue retrieving the FPGA version from the DCA1000EVM.

When I click on “Set Up DCA1000” in mmWave Studio to attempt the connection, the FPGA version fails to be read, as shown in the attached image. In the Output tab, the following error message is displayed:

“ReadRFDCCard_FpgaVersion(): UDP recvfrom failed : 10052”

For your reference, I am using the Windows version of mmWave Studio, specifically mmwave_studio_03_01_04_04.

Could you please help me understand the cause of this issue or provide any troubleshooting advice?
