This table seems to show how the expected POH of 10,000 hours (600 + 2000 + 6500 + 900) can be distributed for each temperature range in a typical usage environment.
-40°C: 600 hours (6% of total POH)
75°C: 2000 hours (20% of total POH)
95°C: 6500 hours (65% of total POH)
125°C: 900 hours (9% of total POH)
So,
Is it worse to have 6500 hours at 75°C than 6500 hours at 95°C?
Common sense dictates that semiconductors are more favorable in low temperature conditions, but it doesn't make sense that the POH value is 600 hours at -40°C.
Semiconductors generally have thermal protection properties at high temperatures, but the table shows that their properties at low temperatures seem to be more risky.
