Tool/software:
I am trying to flash the dca1000evm with an fpga. however the diamond lattice claims it fails. When I check FPGA version in PowerShell I get 0.0. here is the error I receive in Diamond lattice
and here it the select cable screen in case I am choosing the wrong one.
I have confirmed that the ethernet connection is alive.
