AWR2944P: Standard API is missing in autosar 4.3.1

Tool/software:

MCAL_REL_02.02.05.00

While integrating MCAL getting compilation error for unresoved symbols because these API's are missing as part of the given source static code. We do need a stub function to fulfill the AUTOSAR requirement.

Adc_GetStreamLastPointer, Adc_EnableHardwareTrigger  and Adc_DisableHardware
