AWR2243: What's meaning of out-of-band P-1?

Hi Designer,

About AWR2243, the out-of-band P-1 indicator is -9 dBm, can it be understand as this： when the RX RF GAIN chain (including LNA and Mixer) reaches the P-1 state in the 76G to 81G，the output of the Mixer is -9 dBm？
