IWR6843ISK: Firmware Loading Failed on IWR6843ISK (Rev.D) – Possible UART Hardware Fault

Hello,

I am currently using an IWR6843ISK EVM (Rev.D) board.
I attempted to update the firmware using Uniflash, but encountered an error. I would like to ask for your support regarding this issue.

Details of the process:

• The board switches were configured as specified in the Flashing Mode for Standalone ISK Style EVM's documentation.

• In Uniflash (Version: 9.0.0.5086), I selected IWR6843ISK and set the Enhanced COM Port to COM15.

• The firmware file used was:
  C:\ti\radar_toolbox_2_30_00_12\source\ti\examples\Out_Of_Box_Demo\prebuilt_binaries\out_of_box_6843_isk.bin

• When I executed "Load Image", I received an error message as shown in the attached screenshot.

Suspected issue:
I suspect that there may be a hardware issue related to the UART communication.

Request:
Has this type of issue been reported before?
If so, could you please advise on how to diagnose the problem and what repair measures were taken in similar cases?
