The complete GFCI circuit is shown in datasheet Figure 15. You can also order an EVM for quick verification. We don’t have other configuration circuit that we can share.

I agree with this schematic, but the SCR fires only for 20 ms. We need this signal to remain continuous until the fault is reset through the PTT pin. so how we can arrange other latch circuit.

There are some teardown videos online related to this topic. Please check them out to see if they provide useful hints.
There are two main types of load relay control schemes that cover the majority of GFCI outlets. The first is pure mechanical latch, activated by solenoid which in turn is activated by SCR pulse. The other is microcontroller-based design, where the SCR pulse can be further processed, offering a lot more flexibility.
