DCA1000EVM: LVDS buffer full

Tool/software:

I have been using the DCA1000EVM with an IWR6843 radar board for raw ADC data capture in mmWave Studio. For a while it worked fine, but after a few weeks I started getting the error “LVDS buffer full” in mmWave Studio, and now the board often fails to stream data at all.

Things I have tried:

Verified power supply (5 V / 2.5 A adapter)
Changed Ethernet cable
Power-cycled multiple times

Hi Pedrhom, thanks for this. I have tried removing and re-inserting the SD as suggested but unfortunately that didn't help.

The SD card needs to be in a removed state and not inserted

Please check this thread. If nothing works then I can deem the DCA1000 as faulty.

Then I deem the DCA1000 as faulty. Please reach out to TI customer service for a replacement. Feel free to use this thread as proof to customer service of the board having an issue and me deeming it faulty.
