I read through the CC2530 Zigbee SOC solution datasheet to find that it can only be configured for SPI as a master or slave and there is no I2C or any other serial communication supported(Please correct me if I'm wrong on this). The good news is we have a wide variety of outstanding temperature sensors that support both of these serial protocols. I have3857.Temp Sensor Working.pptx attached a presentation that will aid you in understanding the theory behind temp sensing.

Since CC2530 supports SPI protocol I highly recommend TMP122. As you mentioned that you are a beginner in this field this device will immensely help you to set it up in no time because of its shear simplicity. You can find data sheet here: http://www.ti.com/product/tmp122. It also has an EVM that you can play with and quickly learn about the device (http://www.ti.com/tool/tmp122evm).

Also, if you are looking for an accurate way of measuring the ambient temperature a remote temp sensor with say multi channels can measure a few spots in the room precisely.  I can point you in the right direction if this something that you intend to achieve. I would be glad to assist more if  you could provide me a better understanding of your end application and the volume.

In fact, i must design a wsn for an intelligent building : i  need to measure the ambiant temperature, humidity and power-consumption of the devices in each room. i hae some troubles for choosing the right sensors that fits my application.

Form your explanation I think TMP513 will be a perfect solution for your application. Its has 3 remote temperature channels with power system monitoring feature. You can find more information on this device at: http://www.ti.com/product/tmp513

Can you please confirm if you application supports I2C?

Thank you for following my suggestion. When you say you bought TMP122, did you purchase the part or the EVM, that's located at (http://www.ti.com/tool/tmp122evm)? If you purchased the EVM, once you install the software and plug in the device you should have no problem in programming the high/low temp limits and play with the part. Please let me know if you do not have a TMP122 EVM, so I can ship you one right away. One you play around with it it should be fairly simple for you to program and configure the part based on your application need.

As long as you understand the SPI communication protocol it should not be a problem for you to access TMP122 using your CC2530ZDK (as long as you follow the SPI protocol for TMP122 in the data sheet).
