Transducer recommended in Ultrasonic EVM / Transducer Selector tool not working

Hello, I´m using TDC1000-GASEVM + TDC1000-BSTEVM Board to measure air flow rate. I tried using SMATR300H19XDA - Ultrasonic Air Transducer 300 KHz - from STEMINC and is working fine in some range of flow. Now I´m trying get better results using one transducer from Morgan Ceramics 200KHz as recommended in Ultrasonic EVM / Transducer Selector tool. But with this transducer I can´t get any answer from the receiver. I can see the 5 pulses at 200Khz in the transmiter, but nothing in the receiver. I tried to use TDC Register File from the Transducer Selector tool but some error happens in the loading. I Tried to fix the file, load, but still no answer. Can somebody help?

    A few points that will help resolve your issue:
    1. Air transducers usually require more exctiaiton cycles (10-20) depending on the distance between them.
    2. It will greatly help if you include a scope shot showing the followinfg signals: Start, Stop, COMPIN.
