TMP007EVM: Looking for the TMP007EVM board layout

Part Number: TMP007EVM

Hi, 

I am working on a project which connects the HDC1050EVM and TMP007EVM through I2C on the same bus. However, both sensors use the same address of 0x40. Since the HDC1050's address is fixed by design, I would like to modify the TMP007 address through R1 or R2 on the EVM. Would you be able to provide me with the layout so I can understand the board and where to make the appropriate changes?

I could not find it in the user guide: http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/sbou137a/sbou137a.pdf.
