Hi dear supporting team,
could LM60B working under -25degree? if working under -25degree will it damage the chip? if not, when temp recover to above -25degree, will it still get specified precision?
currently customer need it work at -45~125degree, they can accept worse precision at -45~-25degree if only it is not damaged.
tks a lot!
Vera,
We can't guarantee performance of the device outside of datasheet spec since it's not tested. The customer will have to use their best judgement. Could they use LM60C instead?

Hi Kelvin,
customer has multiple product used LM60B and has been shipped out, so can not be replaced by LM60C, they want to know the risk of the chip that will be damaged or not at -40degree, could BU help evaluate it? that could help customer a lot. and BTW, in our d/s, there is a plot on LM60B over -40degree, does it mean that BU once evaluated it on -40degree? thank you very much~ !
