Hi, Team!

I need to install sensor TMP302 to D-pack diode width D-pack cooler.

How to install  sensor TMP302 correctly? I use SMD mount and sensor TMP302 in 

 micropackage SOT563. How to provide termo connection? Maybe you have photo?

    Hi Andrey,
    Thanks for your interest on TMP302. Please see the figure 14 on the TMP302 Data sheet (Section 10. PCB Guideliness) where clearly shows the recommended scheme to connect a GND plane for a solid thermal coupling to the heat source.
