AWR1443: Capture Demo

Hi 

I am trying to capture demo by AWR1443

But it's my first time to use AWR1443 and CCS, so I failed at the first step.   

In the guide mmwave_sdk_user_guide (1).pdf

Section 3. 4. 2. Capture Demo for xWR14xx,

Step 2  : The User UART COM port shows the demo cli as follows on power up. If you don't see this banner, hit 'enter' and you should atleast

see the 'CaptureDemo:/>" prompt.

After I connect the UART port, It shows nothing. please see the attachment.Capture Demo.pdf

Do I miss the step in the guide? How can I do that can demo it ?

    Hello Wendy,
    Have you loaded the image (xwr14xx_capture_mss.bin) as mentioned in section 3.3.1 of SDK user guide?
    Using this step you need to flash the image to the serial flash of AWR1443 EVM and post that you need to switch to SOP-4 mode.

    Another option is to use CCS development mode.


    Please check in demonstration mode first and let us know if you face any problem.

    Hi Jitendra

     I have flashed the image(xwr14xx_capture_mss.bin) to  the AWR1443 by UniFlash .

     And Power off and remove the jumper on SOP2 to back function mode.

     then Power up and press the NRST(SW2) to back function mode.

    Then, It does show nothing in the Tera Term.
