AFE4403EVM: AFE4403 EVM borad not recognized on my laptop and no led light

I want to ask about AFE4403EVM .

I bought AFE4403 EVM a few days ago, and used it first on yesterday.

But there were some problem about EVM
At first, it works normally about 30 mins, and I checked my ppg signal.

but suddenly, a error message at EVM GUI apperared that "cannot connected the board ~~"

so I disconnected the board to my laptop, and reconnected it.

but it didn't recognized at my laptop (not appeared the port at device manager) again.

Additional, i checked the led light on the board when it works normal, but led also turned off.

I checked the clock signal of AFE4403 chip, but the clock output signal not sensed with my oscilloscope.

I think there are some faults of the board because I just used it only 30 mins with default setting of GUI

So I want to ask you that is it possible to exchange or repair about this board.

(When i ask about it to my purchase site and ti Korea, they need the opinion of technical support)

Please let me know is there any other ways to solve this problem
