IWR1443BOOST: How can I increase the frame rate of the demo program

Hello,

I ran the demo of IWR1443BOOST and used RVIZ to visualize it in ROS. I recorded the topic /radar/RScan and the frame rate was only about 10 fps. Is there any way that I can increase the frame rate?

Besides, Is it the hardware limitation that maximum 64 objects can be detected, or is there any way that I can modify the demo program to get a more dense point cloud output?

Peijun,

The frame rate is directly related to your chirp configuration and frame configuration, specifically frame periodicity. Please read through the SDK documentation to better understand frame periodicity. You can use this information to increase the frame rate.
