We are designed laser driver 30A,25ns PW but we got radiation from board how can I solve this

    Hi Veerababu,

    By radiation, I assume that you face EMI compliance problem. The biggest source of EMI emission may or may not be the laser driver as digital IOs can be surprisingly radiative owing tho their very fast rise/fall times....

    The best way to minimise radiation is to minimise the parasitic inductance and capacitance due to PCB traces and packaging bond wires, etc. If you feel that you have done the best possible at that, only way to fix it further is with shielding and using a spread spectrum signal source.

    Given that you use PW laser, I don't suppose you are using OPT8241. Can you please tell us your application.
