Hi,

Now we have IWR1443BOOST and IWR1642BOOST. We want to save information of Range Profile from Demo Visualizer and then reproduce it in MATLAB.

Is there any published .m file for reading the .dat file? It seems like we cannot use capture_demo.m to read it, right?

One more question is, I checked the beta mmWave Demo Visualizer, it seems that we cannot use the .csv file to reproduce Range Profile as shown in Demo Visualizer, right?

    Hi Jiadi,

    Sorry, there is no published .m to process the output data. 

    As to beta mmwave demo visualizer, here's the advanced feature description related to log:

    • Record the object information(X, Y, Z, Velocity and Intensity) to a CSV file.
    • Make sure Scatter Plot is enable, and you can see the target plot on the Scatter Plot
    • Click “LOG START” to start recording. After select the PATH and file name, the targer information will be record in CSV file.
    • Click “LOG STOP” to end recording.
