DCA1000EVM: Can't Connect mmWave studio with AWR1243 & DCA1000EVM

Hello! I want to connect my AWR1243 BOOST with DCA1000EVM. I installed mmWave Studio, installed some drivers, but i cant connect it with computer because there are some problems with drivers. I tried to fix it (reinstall drivers for AR Dev Pack and XDS110, but computer always says "Can't refresh those drivers because there is a problen with digital signature (code 52). What can i do to connect my computer with these devices???

P.s. I attached picture of my hardware and 2 pictures with the problems to this post.

Please use the following location for updating the FTDI drivers: C:\ti\mmwave_studio_01_00_00_00\ftdi

Please go to this webpage to update your XDS100 drivers: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../XDS_Emulation_Software_Package

Yes, i tried to do it, but system (windows) always tell me, "Drivers for those devices already installed and not nessesary to update them".
But those yellow signs remain.

you gotta install the drivers first, double click the drivers and update them. easy-easy

yesterday I installed drivers, updated, but problem still remains!!

Marat,

Are you connecting your AWR1243BOOST and DCA1000EVM through a USB hub? TI does not recommend using a USB hub when connecting these devices to your PC.

Maybe, I can connect them with PC without usina an USB hub. And i connected.

So, But what's the sence if it doesn't work? My USB cable's drivers still didn't installed!

Problem remains!

Marat,

Please connect the AWR1243 EVM and DCA1000EVM directly to your PC and not through a USB hub.

Marat,

In this case, I would recommend that you right click on the instances of the DCA1000EVM and AWR1243 and uninstall the drivers when these devices are plugged into your PC. Then I would suggest reinstalling the drivers.
