LM35: Difference between temperature sensor LM35CZ/NOPB and LM35DZ/LFT1

Part Number: LM35

HELLO. i am going to design a temprature sensor circuit to sense the environment tempature   so i have choose these two types of  LM35CZ/NOPB and LM35DZ/LFT1 .. The input voltage of these two types of the sensor is ranges from 4-30 volt so if i apply voltage 6 volt or 12 volt DC . so will it be effect the performance of the sensor i mean will reading will effected by these reason??

  • Hello Abhishek,

The output from the LM35 is based on the temperature alone and not on the supply voltage. So as long as the device is within its operating spec, then as per Section 7.3.1 of the datasheet, the device will produce a Vout as function of temperature.
