I'd like to know when I can buy AWR1243P and begin my design, Thank you very much~

Hi,

The third entry in the list in your screenshot (XA1243FPBGABL) is the AWR1243P device. It is in stock and you can order it from the TI Store.

Hi,

At this time, we do not have a reference design specifically for the AWR1243P. However the device is footprint compatible with the AWR1243 and can be used with existing AWR1243 designs without any change.
