AWR1642BOOST: AWR1642BOOST: Why the antenna transmission power of the REV A board is lower than the REV E1 board

From REV E1 to REV A, what RF revisions did you do for the AWR1642BOOST EVMs, especially for the 1x4 patch antenna? Could you share documents or latest reference design of AWR1642BOOST EVMs.

I use exactly the same 1x4 patch antenna from TI EVM board to make my own board. This is what I have done to do rough RF power measurement:
1) I performed an open air horn test on the spectrum analyzer
2) 1x4 patch antennas face straight to the horn/spectrum at right test position
3) In order to get the maximum RF power, I need to do antenna rotation vertically, at about 15~20 degree. Patch antennas can not emit max power when they face straight to the horn.

I notice some of TI's early EVM boards have similar phenomenon. Could you guide me to solve this problem?

"Max power" I mean when the antenna rotates to a certain angle.
