We have similar issue in our product.
We use MT47H32M16HR-25E:G in pilot run, everything was good. Due to EOL of MT47H32M16HR-25E:G, we used IS43DR16320E-25DBL instead, then we found the same issue.
This issue occurs not right after power-on, but sooner or latter it occurs. And we found closest object's depth is correct no matter the issue happens or not.
Please help advise us how to fix it, if changing DDR will fix it, please let us know the part number. Thank you.
