IWR1443BOOST: Can't flash binary on the IWR1443BOOST ES3.0

Hi Champs,

We can't flash F/W on the EVM. 

This phenomenon is very similar to reference thread. 

Here is my experiments

1: Normal flash flow -> failed (encounter bellow error)

2: I tried to several demo binary (high accuracy, vital, out of box , gesture) -> failed same error

2: We also try to flash only "MSS" binary failed. (encounter bellow error)

3:Use Radarss binary from C:\ti\mmwave_sdk_03_01_01_02\firmware\radarss -> failed same error

All time occur same error.

Do you think this is board HW issue ?
