Hi Team,
My customer use OPT3007 with AMOLED in a display module, and the data of lux can display in the screen.
When first power-up the module,the ID of OPT3007 can be read but the data of lux can be read. However when change the screen to other test pattern Then change back to read data of lux and it can be read successfully.
If turn off the power and power-up again, the phenomenon will happen again.
The customer have sent three batches of this display module to their end customer this year.
- January batch: the problem mentioned above doesn't occur.
- February batch:8 pieces of 500 has the problem mentioned above.
- March batch: 10 pieces of 90 has the problem mentioned above.
Could you please give some advice about this?
