IWR1443: unused tx/rx pins

Part Number: IWR1443

Hello,

My customer will use only 1 Rx and 1 Rx with IWR1443. In this case, how should we handle remaining unused rx/tx pins ?

I read the following thread:
https://e2e.ti.com/support/sensors/f/1023/t/737249

And the following was the verified answer.

1) thread 1 - if the Tx does not have power activated to the unused Tx output, this would be OK, this is the best choice for Rx.

2) thread 2 - this is fine for the Tx pins, it creates and antenna for the Rx pins - this creates an ESD challenge - least desireable but OK.

3) thread 3 - this is the best for Tx, and acceptable for Rx, and alternative is to GND unused Rx.

it seems all cases are fine, but can I understand that leaving unused Tx pins open and ground unused Rx pins are simple and best recommendation ?

Best Regards,
NK
