CCS/IWR1642BOOST: Are there much differences between coding for AWR1642 and IWR1642?

I am working on a project with IWR1642BOOST but using the demo for AWR1642BOOST as the reference so I want to ask if the codes contained should be changed if the two modules are different but of the same brand number as 1642, and how much different are they? Because when I was reading in one of the posts that the AWR1642 has slightly more features but I don't know how those features are represented in the code. Do you distinguish them by telling the difference in the memory map of R4F and C674x?
