i need help in understanding how to get raw data from EVM boards (like awr1443 or awr 1642 ), what format does it have and how it can be processed/represented in matlab?

Aabid,

You will need a DCA1000EVM to capture raw ADC data from your AWR1443 or AWR1642 device.

You can download the mmWave Studio tool that is used to capture this data. The documentation provided in mmWave Studio describes the output data format as well as how to parse the data using MATLAB.
