AWR1642BOOST: AWR1642BOOST Serial Port Cannot Open

I am trying to connect the UART and DATA COM ports in the mmwave demo visualizer, however I get the following error. Does anyone have any idea why? I am following the steps exactly from the PDF file provided by TI.

Hi,

I'm not sure the exact cause of issue here but let me provide few steps to resolve this issue.

- Are you able to connect same COM ports from any serial terminal tool (like TeraTerm)?

- Don't let Visualizer to select COM ports, but try manually select the COM ports from the option in the pop-up windows (Visualizer menu->option) and choose correct COM port (as per user guide).

- Disconnect/connect USB cable from the system and meanwhile reopen the visualizer Tab.
