IWR1642: Can't flash after removing the R128, R129 resistor

Hello Champs,

Customer used IWR1642BOOST, he wanted to communicate to PC via bluetooth, so he removed R128 and R129 resistors.

But he can't use uniflash to flashing the .bin file. Below is the error message.

I have advised him to reference below post, but it can't resolved the problem.

Hi Shine,

Could you please show in a block diagram how COM port is connected to PC? i.e. where is RS232 ports connected?

Device need to be in SOP5 (Flash mode) and after configuring SOP mode NRESET need to be asserted, otherwise above problem is expected as device may not be in the Flash mode.
