You can use the UART to interface to this device. If the UART interface does not have sufficient bandwidth you may use SPI
The mmwave SDK demo uses the UART to communicate with a PC Host. You can use this demo to start with if you plan to use the UART.
If you need to use SPI, we have an example provided with this TI Design
