The range profile shows how far away the target(person) is away from the sensor. I noticed that the scale on the image you shared was up to 250m. This scale needs to align with the distance the target that you are measuring is away from the sensor. Here is a link to another thread that will give additional instruction than what is included in the user guide to assist on getting good measurements.

a.u. stands for Arbitrary Unit. Here is link that describes what that means:

With regards to the demo the y axis is simply a representation of a relative measurement of magnitude. This means that the higher the value at a given distance the better the certainty that there is indeed a detected object at that distance. Beyond that I would refer you to the source code for the GUI located in the Industrial Toolbox to look explicitly at how that relative measurement is calculated.

we understand this is magnitude and arbitrarily re-sized.
Our question was what is the unit ? is it Watt? is Db?
By looking into the source code, we found it out it is from Ar which is received signal power.
It looks like Watt.
So, Ar look like power unit, not SNR ratio unit.
Is it correct?
I was confused due to this table. It showed Trasmit Power is dBm which is SNR unit. Not pure mW power unit.
based upon the above table, reversely , In my opinion, it sounds like dBm unit, not circuit mW power unit.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
