IWR6843: Health concerns because of radar wave signal falling on humans

Dear Team,

I will be using IWR6843 for outdoor people counting . It is a municipality project and in the pilot phase we will have to deploy 9 mmWave sensors for outdoor people counting. The municipality has one concern and I need your help in addressing it. The concern is as follows:

1. mmWave radar sensor will transmit radar signals to detect objects (humans for my project). Will the transmitted radar wave signals have any bad effect on the health of humans? What is the transmitted power levels of the transmitted radar signal waves

2. Is there any certification on the power levels that TI has done for the mmWave sensors which states that it is safe to use mmWave radar sensors outside. I can show it to the municipality to prove that it is safe to use mmWave sensors outdoor and will not have any bad effect on the health of humans on which the radar waves will fall and get transmitted.
