DCA1000EVM: Object Reference Error at the Start of mmWave Studio

Dear TI Team,

Hope you are doing very well.

I am working with IWR6843 and DCA1000 to read raw data from the radar.

My mmWave studio was working very well yesterday and suddenly today I have started receiving the error message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" as soon as I open it. And, I have no option except to terminate the program.

I have already checked and all connections (USB and Ethernet cable) are ok.

My case is similar to "https://e2e.ti.com/support/sensors/f/1023/t/854239?tisearch=e2e-quicksearch&keymatch=radar%20studio%20exception" response, you have mentioned to erase the directory 'C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\RSTD '. But I do not have such a folder on my Windows.
