FDC1004: Capacitance abnormal when using CAPDAC function

Part Number: FDC1004

Hi All,

The customer is using the FDC1004 try to use CAPDAC to expand the range of each channel equivalent capacitance.

When they set the CHB to "Disabled", the value as below:

CIN1=0.666 pF

CIN2=0.428 pF

CIN3=0.169 pF

After setting the CHB to CAPDAC but remain the CAPDAC as "0", all the measurement increase and measurement "3" is increase sharply.

CIN1=0.899

CIN2=0.785

CIN3=1.265

They only change the GUI, the hardware part remain.

What would cause this phenomenon?
