Hello,

Is there possible to use instead MX25R1635FZUIH0 flash the low power mode version MX25R1635FZUIL0 with slower QSPI clock frequency (8 MHz)?

Is it possible set the QSPI frequency to a lower frequency than 40 MHz (change the ratio 200 MHz system clock /5)?

What is the QSPI/SPI clock of the first stage bootloader? Is it fixed to 40 MHz or it can be changed to lower value, e.g. 8 MHz?

Yes, it is fixed since it is set in BootROM. I think it may be possible to change it once your application is loaded, but that doesn't solve your problem since it would still be 40MHz during boot time.
