Package and reflow information
Hello expert,
In www.ti.com/.../iwr6843.pdf, P73 says ,
3. Final dimensions may vary due to manufacturing tolerance considerations and also routing constraints. For information, see Texas Instruments literature number SPRAA99 (www.ti.com/lit/spraa99).
This spraa99 document is for nFBGA pacakge not for IWR6843 FCBGA package.
Are there any other document for the FCBAGA package instead of spraa99?
Our custoemr wants to know the recommended reflow profile for this package.
