Hello,
Can you please help us to confirm the following three questions?
1.We want to know if there are any requirements about the shelf life of TI's IC chips, and what are they and Where can we find the official authoritative explanation?
2.How can we evaluate IC chips can still be used for those have out of the shelf life requirements?
3.What special treatments need to be done before we use those TI's IC chips which out of their shelf life, such as baking?
