TMS320F28335: Component Surface Bulging

Plexus observed component surface bulging for Plexus PN: 100538110-DH-SDRM-643 , MPN: TMS320F28335PGFA as shown in below photo. Currently, we in progress evaluating the internal condition of the bulged component whether this bulging impacts the electrical/mechanical functionality of the component, or if it is purely a cosmetic issue. In the meantime, please advise the acceptabililty and reability of this parts conditions, as we found this conditions on a fresh/ unused parts (bulged at the same area). Lastly, are they still under warranty?

    The storage conditions are good, and the exposure time is only 4.5 hours, which is  within the 168-hour limit for MSL 3.

    Could you please advise the shelf life of these parts? What is mfg expiry date? as we have received these part in 2022 with DC 202141 and 202240.
