Hi Bill,
The drag, drop still not working at my place. I am trying to attach a patch (as .patch/.txt/.zip) in this thread: https://e2e.ti.com/support/processors/f/processors-forum/977025/am5728-h-264-cbr-encoding-problem
The insert image/video/file/ also doesn't allow me to attach the file!!
I have tried in both windows and Ubuntu machine
Hi,
I cleared the cache, tried in incognito. Still it behaves same!!
I tried to drag- drop, which will download another copy of same file. I dont know how to upload as a link or Image/Video/File
If I try to Insert an Image I get this dialog on THIS thread:
But if I try the same thing on another thread where I seem to have hit an "image limit", I don't see the "Upload" button, and "File/URL" has changed to "URL" without any explanation:
Maybe that's happening to this poster as well.
As well, why is this happening on the other thread?
Hi Tom,
Thank you. The upload button was not displayed earlier. Now I can see it. I am able to zip my file and upload now.
Hi Bill,
One suggestion here, may be we can highlight the upload button as it looks like it is in background!
Hi YiKai Chen,
Can you try with ingonito browser(google chrome) or private browser(in firefox)? That helped me.
Former Member I try to clear my browsers cache/cookies and relogin (I use latest Firefox 87.0 64 bit version), I still see this issue. I also try this with Chrome Incognito and also see the same issue.
Your site seems to have some (undocumented) limit on the number or size of files that can be uploaded. Maybe YiKai is trying to upload a larger file than you have tried.
What is the "Upload Limit"? I've run into this on a thread I started in the Power Devices forum.
Hi YiKai - the screenshot you showed is correct - what happens when you click on the word "Upload"?
OK, I get it since you mention click on the word "Upload". After I on the word "Upload", I see it pops a DB to ask to select file and I don't know I have to click on the grey word "Upload". This is again an UI/UX issue and I suggest you to make this "Upload" button more obviously. Anyway, Thanks for your help.
Hi YiKai - glad this is working for you - and we've already got it on our list of enhancements to make this more obvious - have a good evening! - Jim
