Hello Dear TI Engineers,
I would like to simulate some circuit containing TS3A24159 analog switch. Could you please help me to get unencrypted model? or how can I otherwise do it with provided encrypted model? Which tools do you recommend for TS3A24159 simulation?
Thanks,
Vahram
Hi Vahram,
We no longer support HSPICE files and do not have a way to unencrypt the file unfortunately, as I can't run the file on my side either as we don't have the correct simulator.
That being said we do have an IBIS Signal integrity model that can be used in a few different simulators such as ADS or Hyperlynx - that model will model the switches through channel.
Also the mux channel can be modeled with a simple RC circuit (R = On resistance and C = On capacitance) in case the IBIS is not compatible to the system - however I'd suggest trying to use the IBIS file as it will be the more nuanced model than a simple passive.
If you have any other questions please let me know !
Best,
Parker Dodson
