The TS3A24159 is a signal switch and not designed to support high power load switching. Most signal switches are used in 50-500mA applications. I have contacted some people from the power switches that can help you find something that will support 10A.

Concerning the TPS22959 circuit, it seems good, with 15-A Maximum Continuous Switch Current and an ultra low Ron resistance, until here it's very good.
but i'am looking for the smallest current which can pass through the contact, does 70uA could pass properly?
in the datasheet of the circuit, it gives only the maximum current of 15A.

The range of the TPS22959 is 0A-15A, so even a small amount of current (such as 70uA) can pass through it when turned on.
