TMUX1511: MAX Tpd and Tpd vs temperature

Hi Lector,

We don't provided max propagation delay on the TMUX1511 because of a few reasons:

1. Propagation delay is heavily influenced by loading conditions - while the loading conditions for the test are specified  - across temp loading conditions can change and its the loading conditions that dictate most of the propagation delay so a "max" prop delay for the chip is hard to pin down due to variation in load that may be hard to indicate in a datasheet- please see this FAQ on prop delay for a bit more information -  https://e2e.ti.com/support/switches-multiplexers-group/switches-multiplexers/f/switches-multiplexers-forum/1055554/faq-how-do-i-approximate-propagation-delay-and-channel-to-channel-skew-in-an-analog-switch-multiplexer

2. The Reason why the older device does include it is because its not measured, its calculated. Most of our older parts we didn't run propagation delay tests  - they just approximated the value based on a perfect load (because they were slower parts anyway and generally propagation delay wasn't a huge factor on slower parts)  - (it is indicated in the notes section of the Tpd page of the older part). This part, the TMUX1511, had its propagation delay measured in lab.

3. So we don't release the data versus temperature as the load is also varying at that point - with all that being said what does influence the propagation delay is how much the resistance increases over temperature (which there is data about in the datasheet) an inference can be made.
