Hello Team,
The datasheet specified that V.ih and V.il are 1 V and 0.4 V. Is this for any supply voltage?
We need to ensure that the IN[1:4] pins can be controlled by 1.8 V when supplied by Vcc of 3.3 V
Thanks,
The electrical characteristics for your supply are listed in section 6.6 of the datasheet. The limits are 0.5 V and 1.4 V.
(The TS3A4751 is designed to be 1.8 V compatible at all supply voltages.)
Hi Alice,
For a supply voltage of 3.3V, the VIH = 1.4V and the VIL = 0.5V. This can be seen in table 6.6 of the datasheet under the Digital Control Inputs (IN1 - IN4) section.
The TS3A4751 digital input is 1.8V compatible when using a 3V supply.
Thanks,
Tyler
